At Blossom Well, we believe that financial limitations should never be a barrier to receiving care. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay, and all individuals are welcome regardless of insurance status. Our Sliding Fee Discount Program is determined by income and family size, and eligible individuals or families may qualify for reduced costs, or even no cost at all. Applications are accepted online or in person.
